Mr. Bob is a former Placer County Public Defender.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

During his time at the Public Defender’s office, Mr. Bob handled thousands of cases and gained valuable trial experience including misdemeanors, DUIs, serious felonies, and homicide.  Known for his meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy, Mr. Bob is highly proficient in complex legal research, drafting persuasive motions, arguing contested hearings, and negotiating favorable plea agreements.  His commitment to securing just outcomes for his clients extends to alternatives to incarceration including placement in Mental Health and Military Diversion programs.

In his position as Senior litigation attorney, Mr. Bob will contact you to review police reports, discuss various case resolutions, including jury trial, and determine if additional investigation, discovery, or case mitigation is needed to help resolve your case. Mr. Bob will communicate directly with the prosecutor, and in some cases, the judge, to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
